Welcome to the Healthcare Leadership Academy! We are a non-profit foundation dedicated to fostering interest, equipping individuals with essential tools, and shaping conducive environments for enhanced leadership within the Swedish healthcare sector. For nearly fourteen years, we have been conducting an annual Leadership and Mentoring program aimed at empowering healthcare leaders. Additionally, we actively contribute to public discourse on governance and leadership matters in healthcare.
